Privacy Policy

When you contact FIX Restoration through our website, whether by filling out a contact form, requesting an estimate, or calling the number listed, we collect only the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, and a description of the damage or service you need. Our site also uses basic analytics tools that record aggregate traffic data (pages visited, general geographic region, device type). We do not use tracking pixels, sell advertising, or build behavioral profiles.

The information you share is used for three purposes: responding to your inquiry, scheduling an on-site estimate, and, if you authorize it, coordinating documentation with your insurance carrier. We will never contact your insurer, adjuster, or mortgage company without your explicit direction to do so.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. If a subcontractor or specialty vendor is needed to complete your project, they receive only the job-specific details required to do their work, and they are expected to handle that information with the same care.

We retain contact and project records for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfill the services requested and to meet any applicable record-keeping obligations under Utah state regulations. You may request that we delete your information at any time by emailing scott.noland@gofloodpros.com or calling (801) 930-9750.

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we hold, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of any sale of your data (we do not sell data). To exercise these rights, contact us directly using the information above. GDPR rights are primarily relevant to residents of the European Economic Area; as a Utah-based contractor serving a domestic market, GDPR is unlikely to apply, but we are happy to accommodate reasonable data requests regardless of where you are located.

Terms of Service

FIX Restoration provides water damage mitigation, fire and smoke cleanup, mold remediation, and related restoration services to residential and commercial properties. Our primary service area is along the Wasatch Front and surrounding Utah County communities. If you are contacting us from outside that area, please call us at (801) 930-9750 to confirm whether we can assist before scheduling.

Any estimate we provide, written or verbal, is an assessment of scope and anticipated cost based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. An estimate is not a binding contract. The legal relationship between you and FIX Restoration begins when a written work-authorization form is signed by both parties. That signed document governs the scope of work, timeline, pricing structure, and any agreed-upon conditions. If site conditions change materially after work begins (hidden moisture, concealed mold, structural damage behind finished surfaces), we will notify you before proceeding with work outside the original authorized scope.

Payment terms and accepted methods are specified in your work-authorization agreement. Questions about payment arrangements should be directed to us before signing.

We operate as licensed contractors under Utah state regulations. Our liability is limited to the scope of work described in your signed work-authorization form and is governed by applicable Utah law. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by delayed reporting of a loss, or circumstances outside the authorized scope of work.

If your loss involves an insurance claim, we can assist with documentation, photo evidence, and direct billing coordination, but only with your written or verbal authorization. We work with most major carriers; however, any coverage determination is made by your insurer, not by us.

Disputes arising from services provided by FIX Restoration should first be directed to us in writing at 250 W Main St, American Fork, UT 84003, or by email at scott.noland@gofloodpros.com. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve any concern promptly. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes are subject to the laws of the State of Utah.
